Be where you are

Sounds really simple, doesn’t it? Of course we have to be where we are - where else could we be? Well, actually, everywhere but here LOL! We can be mulling over the past, worrying about the future or getting pulled into conversations in the mind. We might be projecting how we’re going to feel when this or that happens, or getting triggered into old patterns of thought and behaviour by people and the environment around us. The first step to stabilising ourselves and living from centred, calm presence is to be where we are.
