Embodied Awareness and Unity Consciousness…

Many of us long for a deeper connection with our most authentic selves. But sometimes it’s hard to know what that means, or how to get there. Make some space to connect deeply with that which you truly are - awareness and presence - and watch this miraculously unfold into joy, bliss and deep fulfilment in your everyday life.

Lots of people call this state ‘embodied awareness’. And we like to call the kind of consciousness we’re accessing in that state ‘unity consciousness’. Whatever you like to call it, finding and maintaining this magical state of presence and awareness can take a little bit of intention and practise. The Soulsparks Toolkit will give you a really solid understanding of both unity consciousness and embodied awareness. You’ll experience it in meditations and loads of great practises for living awake and aware to your true nature. Unity consciouness and embodied awareness are, for me and so many others, the basis for mental calm and clarity, emotional stability and physical wellbeing. And from that stable platform you can really launch into your life - Connecting deeply with others, enhancing creativity, finding meaning and purpose and profoundly opening the heart. You’ll also unfolding amazing gifts and abilities, a bit like quantum superpowers! And it’s all available to you right here, right now…

So how do I get there?

You don’t. You’re already there. Here. There. Everything you need to know is right here now and you can access it through the breath and the body. You have all the resources you need within you, without having to fix or change anything in your life or yourself. That doesn’t mean you won’t experience profound change, though. When you align with your deep, true self, what is not authentic or no longer needed can release. More space opens within you to hold more of your soul essence, embodied right here now. This is called Embodied Awareness, and it’s our natural state.

You can live in the flow of every moment, breathing deeply, feeling connected and fully alive. Believe me, I know. And when you’re not there, which is also completely natural and part of the process, you can have the tools and practices to be fully where you are, experience it and witness it. You can release anything that wishes to be released, and then move onto the next present moment, the next precious ‘now’ to experience.

So you soon find yourself back in flow, without attachment to being there, or resistance to not being there. You learn to gently flow in the now, and whether you feel great or terrible stops being a hit and miss affair. Reactions to external circumstances no longer govern your emotions and therefore words, actions and life experiences. And when the wheels fall off totally, as happens to all of us, you know how to gently return to your true self, your soul essence, take a deep breath and reset, returning to Embodied Awareness.

And yes, you can do this alongside all the other things you have to do in life - in fact, you’ll love everything you ‘do’ all the more! You’ll come to understand how to naturally flow so that you’re releasing what is not aligned with you. And of course, it’s not about erasing everything you don’t like from your life! It’s about finding greater ease with the things you do ‘have’ to do that aren’t in alignment with you, as you gently evolve into experiencing fewer and fewer of those things. The path of ease, flow, harmony, joy, bliss and true empowerment from within awaits. The path of the heart. The path of the soul.

This state of flow with All That Is, source, divinity, ultimate reality, the quantum field, your higher self, whatever you prefer to call it, is our natural state. You may call it any of the above names or nothing at all - simply feeling it as a sense of ease and flow. It’s available to you right now and in every present moment, in every breath. The key is making peace with the busy monkey mind and focussing into the body and the breath. Through this simple, revolutionary act you access your own inner wisdom. You refocus your attention and remember your true nature and essence. You become healthier, happier, healed and whole - simply by more fully being what you already are.
