One to One Sessions

These are deep-dive, intense sessions that really shift you, revealing powerful insights and igniting your soul connection! If you’d like to work with me over a period of time, you can book a Soulsparks Bespoke package of 3 or 6 sessions. In these we can focus on everything and anything - whatever your soul is most called to express! It may be a blend of mentorship, guidance and healing - for example, we could be exploring your purpose, unfolding your gifts, meeting your guides and releasing fears and blocks about stepping fully into your true self. Or perhaps our sessions will be focussed on supporting you to meet life changes and challenges in any area i.e. career, relationships, health. They could be about helping you integrate your spiritual awakening or centred on breathing your true soul inspiration into creative and soul-led business projects. You may even be called to explore non-duality and embodied awareness, going beyond the concept of ‘you’ altogether! You may simple want to sit with me in a loving, held space of peace and presence. When, or before, you book your package, we’ll have an initial feel into your bespoke needs, and you’ll receive the recording of each session afterwards. With Soulsparks Bespoke, you’ll enjoy having a longer term sacred container to hold and support you in whatever way is perfect for you right here and now at this point in your journey. I also offer a very small number of ongoing Soulsparks Mentorships, which give you a six-month sacred container with both coaching sessions and intuitive guidance/energy healing/embodied awareness sessions, and support in between.
