Join me, Tim Kirby, for this life-changing experience. I’m a meditation teacher, ritualist, musician, video artist and TV post production professional. I devote much of my free time to helping people with substance use disorders (SUD) to recover in peer to peer environments. As a heart-attack survivor I love to explore the health benefits of meditation, too.

Hi there. I’m Kelly McKain, an intuitive guide, energy healer and breathwork facilitator. Through the breath and the body we can access an alert, blissful state of presence and awareness that transforms every aspect of our lives. I’d love to share this with you in the membership, and support you to unfold more deeply into your wise, empowered, authentic self.

In the Peace and Presence membership, we dive into many different kinds of meditation, from a wealth of traditions - from breathing meditations to mantra, Zen to gratitude, Loving Kindness to mindfulness, plus breathwork and embodied awareness. We also delve into the science of the breath, the brain and the nervous system and explore many tools to bring us into the present moment and create peace within us. With our support, you’ll build a solid practice that empowers you and enriches every area of your life.

We have two live Zoom meetings each month, with the recordings available in the members’ area, so that you can also catch up in your own time, or return to the sessions whenever you like. In the members’ area you’ll also find audio meditations, extra video content and PDF downloads full of great info on the science, history and styles of meditation we practice. All this will inspire and encourage you on your meditation journey - as well as a friendly, focused group for accountability!

Whether it’s physical, emotional and mental health, relationships, career, creativity, spiritual connection and/or your general wellbeing that needs a boost or reset, meditation really can improve every area of your life and health.
